   At Mile High Waste and Recycle, we understand that circumstances change and sometimes customers need to cancel their services. 

Our standard payment option is a convenient "Pay by Quarter" plan, which costs $95 per 3 months. However, in the event of cancellation, we regret to inform you that we do not offer any refunds. We believe in setting clear expectations upfront, so please consider this before committing to our services.

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we strongly recommend providing us with a 30-day notice. This notice allows us to make any necessary adjustments to our operations and facilitate a seamless transition for both parties.

While our cancellation policy may seem strict, it helps us maintain efficiency and sustainability in our operations.

  Mile High Waste & Recycle is committed to efficient and timely trash collection. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask our customers to have their trash out and ready between 6 am - 7 am or the night before their designated pick-up day. Our Team begins the collection route promptly in the morning, and early preparation helps us serve you better! 

In case you miss our pickup time/ we miss a customer, don’t worry! If we have already passed your location and your trash has not been picked up, please contact our customer service department. Our customer service representatives will arrange for an alternative solution, ensuring your waste is collected promptly!
